“Recently renovated. Carpet gives off an old smell throughout the hotel. Everything was clean, basically lipstick on a pig renovation”

“We've stayed at this hotel several times while visiting our grandson and have always appreciated the amenities. Unfortunately, this visit was noticeably disappointing compared to previous stays. The rooms are starting to feel worn and stale. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and it's obvious that deep cleaning is lacking. Areas like the toilet paper holder and backs of doors looked as though they hadn't been wiped down in ages. My grandson lost a toy car under the bed, and when we retrieved……

“酒店都很好。唯一的问题是Hotel上的地址不是很清楚。应该是Rt37 West。建议更正。”

“Nice clean rooms. Quiet place.”

“clear room, good balcony. My only complain was that there is some kind of repair shop next to it, and you may start hearing noises around 8:00 am. Only if you plan to wake up late.”

“Its peaceful is quiet recommend”

“The staff very friendly and helpful.. When I think of Hilton Garden, I think its the top of all hotels. This HG, the pillows were horrible, the rug is old, the cleaning needs attention, and the smell of musty when you walk into the room.Littke tweeks here and there and it would be great. (I found a empty Chinese take out condiment package between the bed and night stand..empty with hair sticking to it) Plus I did not realize you can bring pets...nope not for me”

“comfy bed, nice air, on the quiet side of the building”

“Morning shower water was not hot and pressure was down.”

“good”

“Our stay was very nice, has been one of the best hotels we have been too in a while. Unfortunately during our stay we seen hair on some of the towels before using then, there was no hair dryer in the bag, and there is not a microwave to warm up your food if you needed one. Other than that was a really good stay and would definitely come back again.”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”
