「Property manager was very communicative. Apartment was very conveniently located and nicely decorated. However, the reason I rated it a 3 instead of a 5 is that the heat was very uneven. The living area was too cold and the bedrooms were too warm. Because of the way the ductwork was run across the ceiling, we could do nothing to control it. We had to wrap up in blankets to sit in the living room comfortably and then we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open because the bedrooms were too hot....

「The stay was in a great location. The space was very roomy. The shower nozzle was a bit tricky to figure out. The host was responsive. However, when I arrived it was not unwelcoming. The bathroom was not clean. The toilet was brown and hadn't been flushed and there was hair all over the sink. There were spider webs and spiders in the corners so hadn't been dusted recently. There was hair on the coasters and other areas too. It made me feel uncomfortable, like the whole place wasn't very clean. I...
