everything is good and up to expectation as other reviews and photos tell. we had a private pool villa but also enjoyed the shared pools and private beach. the 4 restaurants served to make sure no bordsom during our stay without having to leave the resort. only downside is the slight crowdedness - there's always a long wait at the reception/concierge and poolside sun beds.

I spent there for my 29th Wedding Anniversary. They decorated the room with romantic "towel swans & flowers". They also provided a cake with anniversary greeting and a greetng card.
The environment is great. The swimming pool is especially large. Since there are an Amusement Park and a Water Park (separate fee from hotel stay), a minimum 2-night stay is recommended. The only thing to be corrected is that it took relatively lengthy check-in time at pier.

Great value. From the check-in you feel welcomed, very smooth and luggage is delivered to your suite from the cable car station. Buffet is sumptuous and delicious. Both pool and sauna feel quintessential. Would come back soon.
