"Hotel is clean and new-feeling. Location is right near Shibuya Scramble Crossing which is good for tourist observation, but it is VERY crowded and can be a challenge to get to hotel. Also with lots of construction in the area it was at times a bit hard to actually find our way to the hotel. Actual hotel was quiet and had no issues."
