「good」

「Everything was amazing. The hotel has a bus shuttle to expo and staff were super friendly.」

「The hotel is amazingly beautiful from the outside. The landscaping is very well done and the architecture is gorgeous. The inside however, is a bit tired and outdated. The cleaners are doing a good job, but they can't do anything about old and worn surfaces. The TV was not working, giving an error message. The staff is helpful and friendly, but do not speak english. The breakfast was good. The shuttle service from and to the airport was excellent.」

「There was thick dust rolled at the side of the carpet. 1/3 of the windows were dirty and they blocked you from a clear view outside. TV timer was dated 20 years ago. It took hours to cool the room. The wifi was weak. No business centre as advertised. Housekeeping came very early in the morning. Do not expect what you have experienced in other Hilton hotels before.」

「I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.」

「The hotel and facility is a little dated. Rooms are clean in general and staff are friendly. The only problem is that there is a very strong mold smell in the room and doesn’t go away. 」
