Highly recommended hotel.
Spacious bedrooms with amazing river views, first class bathroom and toiletries. Excellent breakfast and a lovely complimentary drink in the Sky Bar after attending a concert at the O2, to which we had an internal walkway to access.
Staff professional and friendly.

"The room was comfortable, but had no facial tissues. I was told to use scratchy toilet paper. In our next accommodations, I had the same experience, so this must be common in Great Britain. Visitors should be notified so that they can bring tissues with them."
