Central Tokyo Beach Holidays

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Monday Ginza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Tokyo. What truly made the stay special was the staff—they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Grand Monday Ginza to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip even better!

Amazing and hospitality staffs

Pretty good location but the property was aging a bit. Great for kids with the bunk beds but kinda odd that we had to make our own bed and the sheets didn't fit right on the bottom bunk. The room was pretty smelly when we first got there and i hunted where it was coming from and it seems the room air filter had never been changed and was completely caked in stinky dust. As soon as i turned it off the room smelt much better. Also the bathroom had mildew on the ceiling. It was really nice to have in-suite laundry and as a family we used that multiple times over the week.

The garden view of worth spending the extra money, its like being transported to another world.

What a beautiful hotel! The room itself was serenely decorated, with the most comfortable beds and linens. I loved the 5-step skincare routine available in both the rooms and onsen. It was so nice to be able to use the women's onsen as someone with tattoos; it's not something I'm typically able to enjoy when visiting Japan, so it felt really special to not only experience the onsen here, but have it to myself during my two visits! I also liked that the hotel has lounges on each floor with coffee, tea, and snacks -- they were fun to try! Plus, they offer some activities to learn more about the culture which I really enjoyed. I can't wait to visit again -- not only this location but to check out others as well. The staff were truly amazing and so attentive.

Great for families, especially with young kids. Our room had a nice space for the kids to play that felt like their own. Laundry and a refrigerator were a huge plus! Staff is so kind and friendly.

Amazing and hospitality staffs

Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit outside to get some fresh air. The staff were very nice.
