「Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.」

「The property is very well-kept; very clean, very cozy and spacious. You get all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. The neighborhood is very safe, and you’re within walking distance to the 7-11, the Family Mart and Lawson. The Ushigome Yanagicho Station is a five minute walk down the road- you’re ready to explore Japan! Most importantly, the property owner is very easy to communicate with, and genuinely cares about your stay. If you’re looking for an affordable stay in the Tokyo Shinjuku...

「駅から遠い。GORO HOTELがGoogleマップでは別な場所にあった。間違い易い。」

「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」

「とても清潔で設備も充実してました。スタッフの方の電話対応も丁寧でした。また利用したいです。」

「The place was very central and convenient for going around Ueno. A few minutes walk to ameyoko shopping district and great restaurants nearby. Also, the rooftop and common area is a nice touch with lots of activities to pass time on. Its was an overall wonderful short stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.」

「The apartment was very clean, spacious, and in a good location near the Honzomon station. It was nice to have a kitchen and dining space to eat some meals at our lodging. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. We received quick responses from our host when we asked questions. The check-in process was easy. We would stay here again.」
