Loved the vibe of the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful.Great hotel, great location
Room set ups were neat and made the space feel bigger!
Breakfast was wonderful! Wide variety of options and very nice dining space.
Gym was set up a little oddly and Peloton was not activated but overall a great stay!
Would definitely stay again

We picked the hotel just by its close location to Victoria Station because we had a million bags. BUT it was sooo nice. The hotels, rooms, and food were all wonderful! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again.
