I paid my reservation in full prior. to my stay. They put a $200 hold on a credit card for incidentals of which the total of my incidentals were $346, but for some reason they authorized several charges, totaling over $1200, and they can’t tell me why! Extremely frustrated, I will never stay at a Fairmont hotel again.

Modern and artistic vibe, friendly front desk staff, comfortable, large rooms, beautiful views, perfect clean service, only the sound insulation is not very good but earplugs are provided, overall a fantastic living experience.
