West London Ski Holidays

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful quirky hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed in the Charlotte Brontë twin room, the beds were very comfortable and the room was immaculate. The location is great, easy walking distance to Limehouse train station, it’s also on a very good bus route into the centre of London. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, with something for everyone. We had lots of plans for our trip so didn’t get chance to try the spa facilities, maybe next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again in the future.

A really special place to stay. Staff were all amazing, very attentive in a non obtrusive way. Rooms are very comfortable and the decor across the hotel is eclectic and interesting. Having stayed in many London hotels I think we may have found our 'nest'. Highly recommended.

Room was perfect for our family. Staff was attentive and warm. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property is very nice, well maintained. Staff was helpful throughout my stay, front desk staff got me in my room early at check-in. Club Lounge was well staffed and stocked; food was good and plentiful. This was my second time to stay here and I look forward to returning.

The rooms were clean, staff were helpful. Overall great experience except the long walk to and from the room to the reception area which is the only exit to the building for guest.
