"The rooms were quaint and clean. Although the amenities aren’t flashy and there’s no free breakfast, the kind lady who runs pension was sweet, caring, and attended to our needs. I had a very good room at unbeatable price and I would stay here again a million times. Thank you Pension!"

"清掃は決して良くないが　それを指摘してからは清掃しているようだ　ただまだまだ汚い所があり　全部は出来ないのかな　設備はかなり古いが清掃が行き届いているなら良いホテルなのだと思う　スタッフは一生懸命だと感じる　ただ我慢出来る汚さではなかった為　色々文句を言ってしまった"

"Severely outdated hotel. Most definitely NOT a family hotel as it is a "love hotel" and NOT safe for families. Entire room covered in yellow nicotine and the smell was horrendous. "

"Stayed just one night but all the areas were nice. Clean and big comfortable cabin. They also provide free towel. All the areas were nice and clean. And the location is pretty good with a near subway station."

"The traditional Japanese hotel is definitely a different experience. Mainly the public baths. Traditional Japanese breakfast was very different as well. "

"周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は１軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"

"Room was clean. Staff was okay, not the usual same service you receive in other hotels. The many warning signs posted in the hotels seemed very off-putting. Had to pay an extra 400 yen during check-in to receive my hotel keycard. Nevertheless, my stay was excellent with no issues whatsoever. "
