「Good value 」

「We booked a premium family room with a balcony (park view) and a twin (park view) Staff were amazing, I contacted them to request if both rooms could be close together. I got a phone call back from a lovely lady (I wish I got her name) to offer a room upgrade for Twin to a Suite. Unfortunately it meant being on a different floor so I politely declined. 「The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room. Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff. The cups and the electric kettle are clean. I feel safe when using them. Wifi connection is good and stable. There are three electrical sockets in front of the desk. I can charge my phone and laptop at the same time. However, there is still room for improvement. The room is not clean. There was rubbish...

「雙人房房間很大，樓底高，有簡約廚房，最欣賞是浴室內的花灑，有三個出水位 (固定花灑 / 手握花灑 / 水龍頭)，水龍頭約一米高，十分適合本人洗頭。但房間清潔非每天做，住了兩個晚上，垃圾沒清理，廁紙沒補充，是一敗筆。可是仍值得推薦。」

「早餐不錯, 我兒子很喜歡自助鬆餅機. 走路就可幾到附近吃晚餐, 是一個很好的旅行過夜的點.」
