「Good hotel staff very nice and accommodating」

「My room door would not even close all the way! Only by using the deadbolt was it able to lock. The clerk came down and forced the door shut in order to get the deadbolt to even work. ALSO, While checking for bedbugs, I saw that someone had likely vomited on the mattress cover and another cover was simply placed over it. I was totally disgusted. I expected more from a Wyndham property.」

「The room was very clean, and they have a really nice bar area. Only downside was the front desk staff. They were very rude and seemed to not really care about you having a good impression of them or to want to book again at the hotel. Also, the usual marijuana smell but that seems to be everywhere now anyways. The parking is also not the best. They have very limited parking in front of the hotel and very uncomfortable to get in if you have a larger car.」

「So this property has 2 towers. The Palmetto tower and the “other one.” I was very disappointed when I learned the Palmetto tower wasn’t ours ( because it was much nicer and had the pool table, bigger pool, ping pong table, cafe, Starbucks, and tiny gift shop). You could use the amenities in the Palmetto tower, you just had to walk over there. Everyone was nice and helpful Except a man that always seemed to be working on our (my daughter and I) hall. He flirted with me saying that I was Drop dead...

「The room was great and there was a lot of variety when it came to pools as well as the staff being super nice and the beach view was really good.」

「Did not like parking 2 blocks away or paying $30 a day for valet! No breakfast at all. Hotel will lock you out of pool area with all your stuff inside with no warning if it thunders or lightning. Also locking beach access path so its almost impossible for elderly to get back to hotel from beach.」

「It would be nice to have a swiffer mop in the room vs a broom. Tough to get the sand off the floor.」
