"Bed sucks. It hurts my back. The king size bed in 203 has a heavy dent on side of the bed, like a heavy person slept there forever. Reported it to the front desk. Other than that, great experience with staff and overall stay."

"This hotel shares a parking lot with Top Golf. It’s also within the walking distance to Cardinals Stadium and Westgate entertainment area. The rooms were great and clean, we had two king size beds! "

"The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here...

"We loved the space of the property, the variety of activities to do at the property, that the actual property matched the pictures, and the amenities provided. Overall, it was a pleasant getaway. We were concerned about the holes in the side window and patchwork on the parallel wall which looked like gunshot holes, one of the twin beds was broke at the end, the vent upstairs hall ceiling needed cleaning, the tub had debri in it and the jets didnt work, the sheets also didnt seem clean with...
