Hermosa 3 Stars Hotels

"The location was really close to the places I wanted to see while I was in town. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. The restaurant connected to hote was really good and convenient before we had to drive back to airport. Even though i didn’t want to pay for $60 valet, it was really easy when I needed the car to take a drive. I also didn’t like the rooms windows, seems they are single pane and you get a lot of outdoor noise at night. "

"My husband and I booked a King room for our 19th anniversary. We got to town earlier than check in time and they offered to keep our bags for us until check in which was great. We were able to walk most the way to the pier which is about 1.7miles from the hotel there are also several Divvy bike ports around. Food options are everywhere near the hotel as well. When ready to check in we were greeted by the "doorcierge" Jerome and boy was he off the hook awesome... He upgraded our room to a suite...

"I stayed for 5 nights. Had no issue during my stay. The room was clean, staff was friendly & the location was convenient. I got a room with a partial view and enjoyed looking over the river."

"Front desk upgraded us to a room with view. That was great. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the drawers so they stayed closed. That was a bit annoying. Rm #1953"

"staff was friendly, location was desirable & close to most things we wanted to do. enjoyed the provided soap scents & access to still & sparkling water was a nice touch. my biggest complain would be that my deadbolt was defective. "

"It is an old building, so there is a mild but bad smell just outside the restaurant. Maybe natural gas? I don't know what it is but it has always had the small and I have stayed here intermittently starting about 10 years ago."

"My view was a block of building ! Not happy at all! When I got the hotel , the app said FREE PARKING! I got into the hotel , find out parking wasn’t free ! I paid over 150 in parking spot! The receptionist told me; Sr, nothing is free! I didn’t like that part at all"
