「I’m very disappointed with our stay. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and have never had a negative experience, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s related to the ResortPass guests, but people were arriving as early as 8:00 a.m., placing towels on lounge chairs, and then leaving for hours without ever using the pool. As a result, there were virtually no chairs available for guests who were actually at the pool. To make matters worse, this morning...

「Location is convenient, but background noise from I-87 might be a problem for light sleepers. Room/bathroom was very clean; Maria at the front desk is wonderfully accommodating; breakfast is hot, with nice options (scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage, bacon); walkable to downtown.」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But we were disappointed with a few things: 1) We arrived to find the air conditioning not working. And even after they fixed the thermostat, the air conditioning did not dehumidify the room properly. 2) The room darkening shades were not long enough. They ended before the end of the wall. So they were not so room darkening. 3) We were billed twice for our stay.」

「An old, classy hotel. Don’t know about the other rooms, but ours was small as such hotels often offer. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Both restaurants were great. Had a strange problem on our last morning where both hot and cold water in the bathroom were running scalding hot. The engineer had to come and “drain the system“ in order for us to take normal showers. Apparently something that can happen on very hot days for a certain group of rooms. Other than that, a very nice day.」

「The property is lovely. Unfortunately we did have quite a few problems when we arrived- phone didn’t work, a/cc was freezing and we weren’t able to control it, the tv didn’t work. The good news is they corrected most of the issues. Our room was next to the outside door and unfortunately every time someone came in It slammed many, many times. The good news was the staff were very nice and tried to correct things the best they could. Great location and super walkable.」
