"The Harborview in was wonderful! A bit north of the Fort, it was nice and quiet and very relaxing. The room was cozy, warm and comfortable. The lobby hosted coffee/tea/hot water around the clock which was very appreciated as it was a chilly weekend. Breakfast was included and reminded me of Europe with all the oatmeal, petite danishes and fruit. Would definitely go back!"

"This was such an unexpected delight vs. the listing. It was very confusing for check-in though as Expedia and Red Awning had incorrect contact information. This made it difficult to know what to bring. It turns out everything needed for a fun week's stay was included except sheets and towels, and the gracious host was understanding of the mix-up and squared us away. The hosts were friendly, the cabin clean and homey, and there were plenty of activities available for free including canoeing,...

"Rustic cabin on Lake Huron. Less expensive than lots of other nearby places. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Hot water is iffy, hook and eye locks only. 2 bedroom cabin with small kitchen and bathroom just feet from the lake. "
