“The food was amazing ,the staff were always helpful ,the rooms were clean and tidy an excellent hotel over all we came when the storms were on and we stayed in in the evening the entertainment was great fabulous stay overall will definitely come back again”

“The hotel building is beautiful and nice planed. Easy access from train station, less than 5 mins by walking. There's a super maket just right beside it. We had a good stay with it, it's a good hotel to consider when you visit the area.”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”
