The upstairs toilets were not functional upon arrival. They informed us the could not send anyone that day nor did they follow up. My husband was able to fix them, but that should not have been part of our vacation plan. The description said the pool was heated. The room is heated, not the pool. 「Our family had a wonderful week at this home. The views of the lake were beautiful! The house was amazing!! Game room and indoor pool were a huge hit! The beds were very comfortable and having plenty of bathrooms for our large group was one of the BEST amenities of the home! Highly recommend this place for a group …. Enough space to spread out and yet great common space in the kitchen/living area for meals and being together! 」
