“We love staying at the Embassy every time we go on vacation that’s our favorite place ever ❤️”

“There was a problem with the lights in the room. They were on some sort of timer that required us to open the front door in order to reset them. Several times while we were in the shower or in the bathroom, the lights would go out. we were unable to turn them back on. The one morning we were unable to turn on the bathroom lights, or the light that was over the coffee prep area without opening the hotel room door.”

“My room reeked of what I believe was cigarette smoke. When I told this to the front desk, she vehemently denied that anyone smoked in that room, and furthermore it had never been a smoking room. The room had that stale, smoke stench like it hasn't been smoked in for years. I could barely stand being in the room. I woke up multiple times during the night and as soon as waking up, I could smell that smoke. If it's not smoke, there is s something else emanating a noxious odor. The person at the……

“the room we stayed in was newly renovated, it was the building across the street from the beach. i wasn’t aware that there were 2 hotels on the property until we got there- but its okay it was no big deal. we had an ant problem for the first 3 days out of our stay at the lani kai, we called for room service daily and the ants wouldn’t stop coming back- head of cleaning staff finally caulked up the wall and problem was solved. only other thing that icked us out was how pricey everything was and……
