"Our favorite thing is the complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour."

"We find the room comfortable for what we needed. Upon arriving it appeared that the coverlet has dirt like someone put their shoes on it. Called down to reception and they immediately replace the coverlet. Nothing else seemed out of order. Overall happy with stay and would stay again."

"I loved the style of the rooms, the romance package was great, and I LOVED the hot tub. Customer service was fast and kind. Great getaway spot. We even saw some deer just up the road in the morning. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Due to major plumbing problems at home arising after 9 pm, I needed a place to stay the night. This was close to home and work. Friendly staff, lovely functional room with a very comfortable bed and great shower. There woman serving at breakfast was delightful. I will definitely recommend to friends and family when they come to town."

"Spent 3 weekends in a row in Colorado Springs at 3 different hotels. Hilton Garden Inn was the BEST by far. Stayed one weekend at a more expensive hotel and one at a less expensive. Hilton Garden Inn had an amazing staff, easy parking at $15 per night and comfortable, clean room. Our new go-to in Springs!"

"The people here are just wonderful! Every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. When my Instacart order was delivered to the adjacent hotel the front desk person immediately figured it out and even went to go get it for me in the snow. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the food for breakfast and social hour was delicious. The gym had nice equipment and the hotel is beside some open space near Monument Creek, which ruins through town. There were thoughtful touches...

"My first impression was that I made a very bad choice of hotel. Check-in process was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the lobby was very hot. I was told later the AC in the common areas was out and had been for a long time. The room was great and the stay would have been a 5 star except for the aforementioned AC issue. The bar and restaurant were too hot to really sit and enjoy for any length of time. Again, the staff was great and attentive. "

"Clean, nice, good food, GREAT FREE BREAKFAST ( the best we’ve had at this price point). Friendly staff. Always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The only complaint is the hot tub is not hot. We were told that it’s the hottest it’s allowed to be by law but I think staff failed to find out that while they had it set to that temp it wasn’t actually heating to that temp because it was cold. Issues regarding this area have nothing to do with the hotel. Friday night we were woken up by revelers and...

"Very nice stay. They’ve updated it since I last stayed in 2004. Very well done!! None of the charging stations worked in the room and the telephone said I had messages but the phone didn’t work. I stayed for 2 days and had to charge my phone in my car. "
