「Room was not clean. Toilet bowl had a lot of rust stains as if it wasn't cleaned for days. Room had a strange, pungent odor. Ran out of tissues immediately. One comforter had yellow stains. The chair was very stained, not suitable for sitting. Lightbulb missing in floor lamp. Worst of all, the top drawer of the bedside stand had an empty pack of cigarettes, empty pepsi bottle, dried sticky fluid and used straw. Disgusting! Complained to manager who did promised to follow up with Expedia and call...

「Our stay was a very short one so really not able to enjoy much. On the property details it mentions an Italian restaurant onsite. It is located down the street. We ordered through Uber Eats instead. We had everything we needed. 」

「Nice place to stay before going to Ruby Memorial for surgery. Was put in a smoking room, which is not what I wanted. It smelled as if another person had used the bathroom just before leaving the room. The beds were clean but this room needs a new carpet, or better yet, replace with vinyl flooring.」

「Staff were super nice and very helpful. When leaving this morning all of the housekeeping staff were very kind and spoke to me. Everything was very good.
