「Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice.」

「Staff was friendly. Breakfast was cold. Coffee machine kept needing assistance. Room was clean nice. Bathroom had mold on shower curtain faucet was too close to sink could not wash hands brush teeth. Toilet rocked on floor. Paint peeling. Chip out of tub. Thought it was new motel?? 」

「The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.」
