"Great place to stay when visiting the mall of America"

"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. It is right across the road from the Mall of America. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel also had two pools and two hot tubs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Chandler, our shuttle driver! It was nice that the hotel provided shuttle service to the Metro line. Their complimentary breakfast had nice options to choose from. I would definitely stay their again! "

"We really enjoyed our work/play stay at this hotel. The staff was the best thing about our stay—always kind and helpful. A communication error required the shuttle driver to return and pick us up to take us to the Mall, and he was so courteous and warmly conversational with us as he drove us through the terrible traffic to the Mall. Huge shout out to him! But all of the staff was fantastic. The decor was dated and the hotel is not brand new, but the staff, cleanliness, and peacefulness at the property overcomes all of that. We would stay here again. "
