"The back deck of the house looking over the lake was very peaceful and beautiful. The house was open and spacious with plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and a table for the family to eat at and play games. The steps from the parking area down to the house were challenging. There are a lot of steps and they are a little uneven. The steps inside to the walkout basement are even more challenging. The game room was disappointing. It was stuffy, musty, and damp. We did not utilize that area. I...

"The house needs renovations which the owners are going to do. We could not use the fireplace or the downstairs wood burning stove. Which made the basement unusable as it was so cold. The sliding doors are very drafty and there are no curtains so the dining table which is in front of the door is cold. The thermostat kept dropping to 62 and we had to go change it when we started feeling cold. I would suggest the house not be rented until renovations are done. The master bedroom does not have...
