「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「We originally were given rooms on the 4th floor, but before we could get to the elevator the manager was behind us and suggesting rooms on the first floor because of our 94 year old Mom. We had rooms overlooking pool and you could open the gliding patio door and go out if you liked. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator, microwave, and keurig coffee machine worked. There was no breakfast but there was hot coffee in the lobby. Like most hotels you could hear noise at times. The two things I...

「Everyone was so nice and helpful. The place was clean. Both the hot tub and pool were in working order. The mattress was more firm than I would've like but it is what it is. I still slept well. 」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「This property is under renovation but our weekend stay was was very quiet. Newly renovated room was great-new carpet and furniture. The morning breakfast items were fresh and dining room area was roomy and lots of windows to brighten the area. 」

「It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.」
