"Drury inn & suites always take care of us. Price is reasonable. No soft sink into the mattress. (They know us well, so, we get the same 2 rooms). They respect the customers and ensure service animals do not suffer from cleaning products that can irritate them. Zoey always checks us in and the managers are great. "

"The air conditioner is so old and make very loud noise. Cannot sleep well during night. "

"The location is convenient, staff are friendly and helpful. How the AC unit is kind of loud inside the room and I couldn't completely turn it off with the control panel on the wall. "

"I would have given 5 stars, except: At time of reservation, which was many weeks in advance, I specifically requested not to be placed on the first floor. I got a “noted” response from Embassy Suites. When I went to check in, guess where our room was going to be? You guessed it, first floor! It was changed, but the person doing it acted like it was a Herculean task. Maybe if my original request had been processed? That being said, props to housekeeping. Our room was clean as a whistle. "The hotel staff were great! Housekeeping did a great job and front desk and restaurant staff, Kate in particular, were amazing!"

"Quiet, clean, quick registration. Only one older woman to manage twelve tables plus several seats at the bar and grill restaurant, thus slow service, but not the waitress’ fault. She was doing the best she could.during the dinner hour."
