“Well this was the first time I had a chance to take my Granddaughter who is 6 out of state and a stay in a Hotel. We both loved the environment, the staff and accommodations. My only issue was washing my Granddaughters hair in the tub - I needed a cup or a nozzle to rinse her hair out properly. Using the shower head from a distance was not favorable.”

“I read all the reviews after booking. I almost canceled but decided to rough it out. Boy!! Nothing could be farther from the truth. The staff was friendly, the room was impeccable, bathroom was clean and sheets were clean. Breakfas area clean and good food. I don't know if I was even at the right Hotel. “Carla, at the front desk, who gave us a ride to the airport was wonderful. Its a basic economy hotel. That should explain everything else ”

“The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.”

"The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area."
