“Everything is good”

“Overall layout and convenience was great, room cleanliness was not great. Loved having two bedrooms and a kitchen, enjoyed that there were 4 different pools so you could choose where you wanted to be. Resort and pools were beautifully maintained, chairs and tables near pools were clean. Actual rooms were not clean. I have no idea the last time the floors were actually swept and mopped. Our 10month old got out of the bath, crawled around on the floor and had black knees and feet. We had……

“the room was not very clean with hair all over the place, , the toilet never flushed, it just kept running for the two days I was there. I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know. Room service has to be ordered on your phone like uber eats and you have to put your credit card info in every time you order. The service charge on room service is……
