"Great resort. We really enjoyed the water park. Only feedback would be is the pool water was really cold and hard to get used to, even when it was 80 drgrees out. "

"The unit was very quiet and comfortable. I liked sitting on the screened lanai listening to the birds. There were a lot of woodpeckers in the area. If you own a bike, the Bonita Bay property would be a nice place to ride. Walking is great too. There were a few things that needed repair or updating. The unit was, however, sufficiently equipped and clean."

I booked and received confirmation email, then multiple follow up emails from partner company with directions for check in, guidelines for stay, etc. I had a last minute emergency and had to cancel. I tried calling the partner company to cancel but no answer, then sent multiple emails. The next day I received an email from partner company to talk to Orbitz.
