“Everything is good, especially service.”

“Not a great experience. The bed was not clean — there were red stains on the sheets and several black hairs, which made me question whether the bedding had been properly changed. On top of that, I booked a room with one bed but was given two beds instead. For this price point, this is pretty unacceptable”

“We are so excited that this hotel is so beautiful and stuff is very nice, we got the welcome gift—-the chocolates, gorgeous furnitures, bathroom space is enough, Christmas decor is in everywhere, it’s delightful and nice place. We’d love to come again. ”

“Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.”

“Host cancel 30 minutes before check-in. Sent us to a smaller place that was not convenient for nine people. Took two hours to take a shower with one bathroom. Host is dishonest. They should not be on Expedia. They are scammers.”

“Rooms were very clean, well decorated however bathrooms were not. Parking was accessible and perfect. Some appliances did not work like iron stained my clothes and coffee machine did not work. Everything else was fine. ”
