East Side 4 Stars Hotels

"In town for a weekend baseball series…..we were able to park our vehicle in the hotel garage ($30 a day) and walk 15 minutes to Progressive Field. Science Center, Rock and Roll HOF and Browns Stadium are also close by. Masthead/Noble Beast Breweries also within a 10 minute walk. Hotel is showing signs of age- carpets/furniture. Beds were comfortable. would probably stay here again -although there are other hotels within the vicinity."

"The hotel location is great...right in the downtown Cleveland and you can get some views from the room...The bar and breakfast area is by the lobby, which is very convenient. and everyone is so friendly there. i was so happy to stay there."

"The cleanliness of our room was alright for the most part. We had a section couch that had contact lenses from a previous guest stuck on top of the cracks and the elevators had a few pieces of trash on the floor. "

Very short walk to ballpark/arena. Area was well trafficked and seemed very safe. - Clean and Comfy: Room was clean when we arrived and the bed was very comfortable - Staff: Staff was approachable and nice. "Place was excellent. Great service and recommendations for food etc. The Creamery down the street is amazing. Owners invited us to stay on site even after checkout for the solar eclipse. The only recommendation I have is I am used to sleeping in nearly total darkness. The glass window above the door does allow light in from common area. "

"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! "We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
