“Its ok hotel, very bad smell outside hotel. Due to municipality waste.”

“Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip.”

“Great stay lovely rooms 3 pools ! In house good really tasty main thing is the excellent attitude of the staff couldn’t do enough for us also saw elephants near the river A good base for visiting the waterfalls ”

“Horrified this hotel is trading. PJ Princess Regency...AKA Rustic leisure pll.... Surrounded in un kept what can only be described as swamp land (hotel pond) pigeon poop all over the balcony, along with suspected rat droppings. Balcony furniture pulled out of near by skip. Room smelt like train station public toilets from the 80s. Staff asleep in reception. Pool.... well again the two sunbeds were also skip fodda, sweat stained and god knows what else... the pool was terrible. Broken, missing……

“Please don't select any deals for this place from hotels.com I had booked 5 rooms on the basis of a deal via hotels. com and got confirmation almost 5 months in advance. On the day of my booking the hotel says that they haven't confirmed it. If that's the case then please don't list this on the website. This has been my worst experience via hotels.com and i would never recommend this garbage place to anyone.”
