「Overall a fantastic stay. The entry level room (Dukes chamber) was huge and really well appointed. Some minor signs of west and tear but we loved it- very comfortable. The rooftop dining experience included in half board was outstanding. The first night we had a huge selection on the à la carte menu, and on the second night there was a wonderful buffet. Swimming pool was a real bonus. Breakfast was satisfactory, although the poor man making omelettes was consistently overwhelmed and running...

「The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. 」

「Had high hopes but servicing of the rooms is almost non existent. Asked housekeeping to clean , seems like too much of an effort for them. Breakfast is very average. You can do better at street restaurants nearby. Restaurant staff are nice but need training . Finally, road noise from the MG road outside will bother ALL day and night , can’t sleep. 」
