“Upon checkout I was charged a $20 per day (plus tax) “Destination Fee”. When I questioned what that was for I was told “A lot of hotels charge that now. It’s for free wifi, the free continental breakfast, and the bottled water they put in your room.”Very interesting because their website lists these amenities as “included”. So why was I charged for them? I am so disgusted with businesses gouging consumers every which way they can & relying on consumers just going with the flow & not saying……

“I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The A/C in our room was completely broken, and the temperature stayed around 80 degrees the entire time, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When we brought the issue to staff, manager Emily was dismissive, showed no empathy, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. No real solution was offered. On top of that, the professionalism of the staff was lacking. Their appearance and overall attitude did not reflect the level of service you……

“All was fantastic! Views, food, stay, etc! We really enjoyed having my Dads 90th there. Melissa handled the food and delivery of it all perfectly! For the room, it was spacious and comfortable, water pressure was good and all was clean. ”

“The room was wonderful. SO spacious and well-appointed, extremely clean. Loved the excellent bedding, the soaking tub, the perfect water pressure in the shower. We did not expect the flat-screen TV, so it was a treat to have. Don't let the lack of restaurant bother you: There are plenty of great choices around, though you have a bit of a drive. For a leisurely romantic weekend, I can't think of a better place. ”
