「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one. CHEERS to TULUM!」

「We stayed in the privileged suites. Rooms were very clean, buffet food was great, staff were all very friendly. Was a safe and inviting community. We will be back!
Would recommend water shoes. There were lots of upsidedown jellyfish and other creatures if you were to go in the ocean. 」

「The rooms were beautiful and very spacious! The amenities and staff were outstanding. The only notes we have, are that the beach is further away, the rooms often felt sandy from the sand surrounding the pools. They could do a better job at cleaning the rooms, though the overall experience was amazing! 」
