“Generally good ,The room and the surrounding environment are clean and quiet, but there are mosquitoes in the room, and those shower gels, which are either not available or difficult to squeeze out.”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Exceptionally clean throughout, very courteous and friendly staff. Points off for lack of communication. The resort is quite spread out, we had to ask for a map because the website map was hard to find. Activities lists were on the room tv but, again, contained no details. Our personal concierge lost a restaurant reservation.”

“Listen….. I’ve stayed at a few Secrets (and hotels related to the brand) over the past few years, and I’d have to say that THIS was probably BY FAR THE BEST Secrets I’ve stayed in. From arrival…to check in…to being upgraded at no cost…to having your own concierge that makes sure you’re okay and keeps you up to date with the daily activities…to the rooms….to the restaurants/food options…the spa…the beach club…ALL OF IT! Top tier!!! I was sad to return back to reality after having such a great NYE……
