“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“The staff it’s okay the food okay the beach too dirty and stinky the restaurants too full to book you need at least 3 days before and that’s not what I expected sincerely it’s much better the Barcelo from punta Cana and if I talk about the transportation from the airport they’re the worst $250 dollars for one way ride to Cancun airport not good at all way too expensive and when you ask the hotel for shuttle they’re said you need to book more then 24 hours before”

“Nice resort. Small. Only four restaurants so if you are there for many nights you may get bored with the cuisine. Good was good except for the steak house. After a good rain the rooms smell musty and like sewer. We stayed in the closest building to the pool. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach was nice. We went during seaweed season so there was a lot of seaweed daily on the beach. The staff worked night and day to try to clear it. The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful.……

“This resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Jose, who was our waiter on several occasions, always provided warm, attentive, and exceptional service that made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and our favorite dining experience was at the Hibachi restaurant. The chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the meal a lot of fun for both the adults and the kids. “The staff was so kind and helpful. The facility was generally clean, could use some updating. We loved our swim out suite. The beach was as expected for seaweed season. They worked hard to control the smell. Dinner was always good, the lunch and breakfast were not. I got terrible food poisoning that lasted nearly two weeks and almost had to go to the hospital. It would also be nice if they had more AC in common areas. Most of them are outside or in poorly ventilated rooms. Overall, the kids had……
