Foods in the buffer and Italian restaurant were great, of course good stuffs don't come cheap. The location is good, as it was intended for outdoor activities. "Breakfast good. Spa was terrible. A sheet departing tables and the entire time staff was loud. On the phone talking SO loudly I finally had to tell them to please be quiet. The elevator kept pinging every 10 seconds. It was a real shame . It was expensive and was shocked at how loud and rude the female on the phone was. Most the Japanese people have been lovely. Not this one. "
