"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"受付と宿泊場所が別館になります。 受付の対応も素晴らしく、スムーズに対応していただきました。 別館の入り口は狭く2階以降が客室になります。 内装はリノベーションされていて、とても綺麗で広く使うことができました。 浴室も少しコンパクトにはなりますが、コストから考えると十分です。 近くにコンビニなどがないため、ある程度買い物をしたあとに立ち寄るのが吉です。 ホテルから駅を挟んで向こう側にスーパーがあります。ホテルの正面向かい側の道沿いにイベントスペースや飲食店があります。 私はそこにあるTAP8という燻製料理と地ビールのお店が好きで、今回はここに宿泊しました。 またこちらに訪れるときは利用させていただこうと思います。"

"Expedia claims check-in is at 10am. It is not. Check-in is at 3pm. They are short staffed, so the front desk is unattended while they are cleaning rooms. I sat in the lobby for an hour before a staff member came by and told me I couldn't check in until 3pm."

"Michael and his wife, Kotoha, are genuinely lovely people. They were incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating, and made me feel very welcome during my stay. The hostel itself is very well kept, exceptionally clean and tidy, with great facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would 100% stay again. Highly recommended."
