"Everyone was nice the property was clean. I wish the food was better but overall it was a great experience for the short time we were there. And very reasonably priced!"

"I loved how clean the rooms and all areas were. I took one star away because of the food… sometimes the restaurants were out of certain popular menu items, the Italian restaurant was ok. The teppanyaki and steakhouse are a must! Hotel is very family friendly, Jelly’s playhouse staff are very kind and engaging with the kids. We have a child on the autism spectrum and they were very patient and sweet to him. He said this was his favorite vacation, so it was a win for our family!! I recommend Ocean El Faro!"
