"Serenade all suites adult has a great vibe and entertainment. But some of the staff is very rude, delayed responses and you’re left figuring things out on your own. The maintenance/housekeeping staff took money out of my cousins room assuming it was a tip and was replaced within the hour with different bills. I also, booked the master suite with elite service and some items were taking from my room also. Apple Watch, 2 articles of clothing and my vape. Highly recommend utilizing the safe and not upgrading to elite service because there was nothing elite about it."

"We had a truly horrific stay at Finest Punta Cana. My husband got an extreme case of food poisoning that led to him having sepsis. After calling the front desk and others at guest services for 2 1/2 hours, we finally got care from the on-site Doctor Who was only able to check his temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate. They ultimately sent my husband to a hospital, nearly an hour away, claiming that they were the best in the region and spoke English. He was supposed to only get fluids and return that night and will ultimately have spent at least two nights there requiring us to rebook flights at a significant expense on top of the near $5000 hospital bill. We met several other families who were dealing with illnesses many of whom were suspecting it was from the food and across the board the hotel was a little support. I could not recommend against this place any further."

"The property itself was okay, nothing amazing about it. If you are a foodie like I am! This is NOT the resort to stay at. Out of all the all inclusive properties I’ve stayed at before, this one is by far my least favorite one. Food was not good. Very bland, a repeat meal on a daily basis. We were not able to secure a reservation at a restaurant. They have you wait until the kiosk is open to check if you can reserve a spot, but no availability! Was not impressed at all. The only thing was we enjoyed was the Kids Water Zone because our girls enjoyed themselves."

"They exceeded my expectations on every level. The check in was quick and smooth, I used the online check in, so all they had to do was give me my keys and then they took us to our room. We had a junior suite swim out and it was outstanding, the roomnwas very clean, in good condition, and the AC worked sometimes to good. The food was excellent at every restaurant, our favorite was the steak house, Mexican and surprisingly the sports bar!! The best bar to get a drink was Cielo, they had the 2 nicest bartenders, Carmen and Erika, they also made the best Bahama mammas at the resort. The beach was absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of loungers, and service on the beach was very good, and was always around. This place is a great place to stay, its very chill and relaxing!!!"
