「房間很大，設備齊全 可惜只住一天，沒想享受到旅館設施」

「We checked in at 8pm and the attitude of the receptionist was rude. Also our reservation of the room cannot be provided per our request. We have no choice but to stay in separated rooms far from each others. The food was not good with very little choices in breakfast.」

「Nous sommes resté une seule nuit pour profiter des onsens et d'un ryokan pour le traditionnel loin de la ville. C'est un peu perdu pour y aller mais ca vaut carrément le coup ! Le staff est agreable et pret a aider. Nous avions eu un probleme pour le diner car le seul restaurant de la ville etait malheureusement fermé, du coup ils ont proposé gentillement de nous faire un repas rapidement qui etait super bon pour quelque chose fait en 10min a peine. Tres tres bel endroit, recommandé +++」
