「Family of four with two children: We were quite impressed that our room was cleaned everyday, the staff even folded our clothes neatly - we didn't leave any clothes lying around after this because we felt we were giving them extra work. The receptionists were very attentive. The rooftop restaurant had fantastic views - a bit pricey but we ate there twice because of the view. Our only concern is that the pool towels smelled a bit funky, i think because the wet towels are left for a while...

Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. 」
