“My family stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience.
The location is really good. It’s an easy walk to major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern, and it’s also very convenient to get to other nearby sights by public transportation.
The front desk staff and breakfast team were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was quiet, so we were able to rest well after a full day of sightseeing.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel……

“Very Nice location. Our room was on -1 level and it was a bit noisy in the morning as it was located next to the spa/gym. The entrance was hard to find at midnight when we arrived. We didn’t take any breakfast there, so can’t rate it. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.”

“This is a great hotel for travellers who are mostly looking for a clean place to sleep, and don’t intend to spend much time using hotel amenities.
The rooms (or at least ours) were quite small, but clean and well kept. While there’s no gym, pool, etc., there is a seating area at the front lobby and the hotel staff are super kind, and bring tea and coffee as you sit.
The location of this hotel was prime. It was within walking distance of everything and right beside a subway and tram system……

“Disappointing Service Despite a Good Location
Our stay at Sura Hotel in Istanbul was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel was clean and the location was convenient for exploring the city, the overall experience fell short of our expectations.
During check-in, the reception staff informed us that breakfast was included in our reservation. However, we later discovered this was not true and were required to pay separately. We felt misled, especially because the breakfast was overpriced……
