I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

"Communication was very good. Very helpful from the start to the end. Bedding was not clean and smelly. Didn't use the bathroom/shower. Toilet was clean and kitchen was decent. Otherwise all was okay."
