"This hotel
Is very nice, in a great location and convenient to our daughter’s location in River North. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating when we had to check out early due to the birth of our granddaughter! We will definitely stay again!"
"It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The beds were very comfy but the pillows have no neck support. We loved how close it was to Millennium park and how walkable the area was for finding dining options and seeing the sights. It’s only about one city block from the Art Institute and we got to walk by those beautiful lions every day. We did not try the restaurant but did have a drink at the Lockwood bar. The drinks were well balanced but it took forever to get drinks; I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order at the bar with three bartenders. We didn’t see any waiters to help either. "
"Check in and out was seamless! Got excellent help with bags and access to amenities! Great location it was about a 9 min walk to Riverwalk, Hop on Bus; felt safe and area was clean"
"Brian at the front desk was the perfect help during my stay, he assisted with the many bags i came in with, helped my when my reservation wasn’t correct & provided the best hospitality for me. it made my stay so much more easeful, i can’t overstate my gratitude."
Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were beautiful and very well updated. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from Navy Pier with plenty of great dining options around. The Red Line station is steps from the front door which made everything very accessible."
