“Absolutely amazing hotel with a stunning, spacious, and stylish facility. The rooms were so spacious. We stayed at a Suite overlooking the pool. It was so nice. The décor is elegant and impeccably maintained, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. “This property is beautiful. I regularly stay at Emaar properties around the world, and this one was just as impressive. However, the room service food was very disappointing. We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. “We loved the cleanliness of the entire property, the rooms, multiple pools, and the beautiful beach. The cafeteria dining was excellent. I tried to get a limo service but the concierge was not helpful in providing me a car service; even though it was available. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, we’ll be back. ”
