“There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they……

“The property was sloppy and dirty. The indoor pool (which is why I chose this place) was closed. The WiFi was spotty at best. We did not eat the continental breakfast so I cannot comment on that. VERY outdated. The attempt for usb outlets failed. One worked. One did not. Glad we brought the plugs. Even with the air down on 66, it was hot and stuffy in the room. Think old “80’s hotels. One positive is the lady at the front desk was very sweet and polite. I wish I had gotten her name.”

“Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. ”

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in……
