「We liked the bed and showers. The pictures on the internet appear to be hardwood or laminated but the bedroom was carpet. The temperature in the room was humid and 77 degrees when we arrived. We attempted to turn it down and found it was locked at 70 degrees which it didn’t reach until early the next day. The sight listed this motel as 5 stars but it isn’t even close to 4. We were horrified when we looked at the wash cloth! For what they charge we were disappointed. We at least had the freedom...

「The room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioning unit or refrigerator. The management was very good with getting us moved next door for our stay. They had maintenance working on that unit immediately. They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. Facility just needs updated as many facilities do. Would use facility again when staying in Wooster. Very close to shopping.」
