「Everything about this hotel is perfect from price to location. Staff is very welcoming and quick check in and out. Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also plentiful. Tons of options, including an omelet station.」

「We came to stay here as a family and were very delighted with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. There was a good variety of breakfast choices available for all. The main reason we chose to stay here was at it was of close walking distance to the haram. During the day there was many places where we could go shopping and places to eat. 」

「The hotel location was very good, haram 5-8 minute walk. The housekeeping staff was very good. Cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh towels as well as water. Bellboys were good. When we called them to take up/down luggage, came straight away. We did not use other services such as breakfast, laundry so can't comment. A laungry shop was 2 minutes away as well as money exchange. 」
