「Very clean unit in great location close to downtown. Claire answered questions promptly. A Keurig coffeemaker with pods of coffee plus a pod you can fill with your own coffee was available plus a kettle and teabags. It would have been nice to have another towel rack in the bathroom and tissues.」

「The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but it was very quiet and overall a nice place to stay. It is in a great location as far as access to everything in Frankfort. The apartment was very clean and a nice place to stay for our visit. I will definitely be booking this property again on my future trips to the area.」

「We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Property did not disappoint! We were in town for freshman orientation at UKY and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was clean, stylish and perfect for our stay. Location is convenient to the university as well as restaurants and entertainment. All were within walking distance.」
